Saturday 7 November 2026London
About this event
Cocoon Ecstatic Dance, Cacao & Sound Bath is a heart-opening journey blending free-form movement with rhythm and expansion. The session begins with a guided cacao ceremony to open the heart space, followed by ecstatic dance where you move freely to live music or DJs, then closes with an integrative sound bath using singing bowls and frequencies to deepen the experience and anchor the energy.
