TASKANDTALK is a free 6-week creative art programme for people aged 50+ held every Tuesday at Stratford Library. Designed to combat loneliness and isolation, these sessions blend hands-on artistic activity with structured social connection, giving participants the chance to create, share, and build friendships with peers in a welcoming, supportive environment.
