Is it free to list?
Yes, completely free right now. You get high-intent people through the door. We’ll move to a paid model only once we can show you exactly what Joyna has brought you.
Does what I run have to be big to apply?
No. We’re looking for quality, not scale. A weekly run club of 12 people that’s consistently good is far more valuable to us than a large group with no real identity. If people keep coming back, you’re a fit.
What does “verified host” mean?
It means we’ve reviewed your application and confirmed what you run is real, active, and genuinely good for Londoners. We keep the host side curated because every match a user gets from Joyna needs to be one they can trust.
What do I need to do once I’m listed?
Just keep doing what you do. Joyna handles the discovery side. The only thing we ask is that you keep your listing up to date if anything significant changes, like your schedule or location.
Can I list multiple events or experiences?
Yes. If you run more than one type of experience, say a Saturday run club and a mid-week breathwork session, you can list both. Each sits in its own category and gets matched separately.
What happens when you move to a paid model?
Joyna will be charging hosts from October onwards. There will likely be 3 subscription tiers, with a free tier for hosts who run free events. The key for Joyna now is to show hosts clear value before this becomes a conversation.
