Contact Beyond Contact - Movement, Presence & Connection

About this event

An embodied movement workshop exploring connection, presence and boundaries, with and without touch. This session is designed for all levels and requires no prior dance experience. Participants will engage in guided movement practices that develop awareness of self, space, and interpersonal dynamics, with optional partner work to explore consensual touch and physical presence.
